Nest at Down The Rabbit Hole

For the past six years, Nest has provided art programming at music festival Down the Rabbit Hole. This year Nest presents a solo exhibition by Willem de Haan among the lush green hills of Beuningen. Willem de Haan’s work undermines the (unwritten) rules of everyday locations. By adding artificial elements to existing situations in a convincing, humorous and alienating way, his works influence the daily course of events. His evocative sculptural interventions refer to the use of props and sets in the film and theater world.

Willem’s work at the festival site of Down The Rabbit Hole includes a metro station, an emergency exit for daily life and a carefully hidden view.

Down the Rabbit Hole takes place from 30 June to 2 July in Beuningen – the festival is sold out.
